We live in a stress filled world these days, the world has changed very quickly but our bodies and response systems evolve slowly. Therefore when exposed to a stressful or anxiety filled situation our bodies response can be difficult to handle.

Hypnosis is the ultimate relaxation, during a typical session for anxiety there will be detailed discussion about what is happening to the individual, then deeply relaxing hypnosis with positive suggestions for change to help with stressful/ anxious times. This is also very good for people who are not sleeping well to help form a more helpful sleep pattern.

If you have anxiety about a particular situation this can be directly addressed in hypnosis to achieve an altered state of mind around the situation. If the anxiety is more generalised perhaps consider a course of Reiki. It has excellent success at lifting mood and soothing worries. It seems to help with those difficult periods when we can’t see the wood for the trees, making the way forward easier to navigate. in my experience it makes life easier to deal with when things seem very hard, I think it gives that boost so that our bodies and minds can just begin to heal themselves.
